(Left) Yes, this is our shy mister Puss (fawn/white tabby) from last week... I lose my own bet I'm afraid... I wasn't able to get close enough to pet this handsome little guy... Actually, let me clarify that... I was able to get close enough... I could stand right beside him... as long as I didn't make direct eye contact with him... he would stay put.. he'd watch me cautiously, but stay put... as soon as I glanced at his little face, he'd bolt... I was wonderfully surprised to find him hanging out in the airplane when I returned after lunch today... It was his first visit and he returned home this afternoon. I expected he'd be quite the challenge to catch, but he didn't play that hard to get, when he heard his dad's voice... Drama averted...Yah!
(Right) Chiefie (dark tabby) went on a climbing expedition through the town houses this morning... He's looking forward to seeing his dad again, after these weeks, and telling him all about his big adventures with Diablo and Sasha... This kitty is a hugger... he loves nothing more than to wrap his arms around your neck and put his purrer into overdrive... hence, the reason why I give his nails a little trim now and again...
(Left) Percy (dark tabby/white) or Perseus, as I call him... was keeping an eye on BigBird2 this afternoon, when I took this pic... What! Something is more interesting that BigBird!! Percy...or Persistance.. after which his folks named him... is a bit of a multi tasker.... He can keep tabs on many situations, all at the same time, in his cool and composed fashion... This little charmer loves to help me feed the fish and water BigBird... Everywhere I am.. he is! He loves being part of the family.. and, the action...
(Right) While I was doing a big clean up in the back room this afternoon, I strolled out into the large group area to find many snoozie kitties up on the loft... Naomi (dark tabby/standing) got up, as soon as she saw me climb the high chair, to get this shot... She was all snuggled in with her sister Alley (dark tabby/lying down). I don't often find them snoozin' together like this.. Then, on the far right loft bed, 2 black cats... That's Miloshka, in the front, and Monk, the longer haired one, towards the back of the bed.... These 2 boys always play well together when they meet up on Holiday...
